Integrated management system policy of CBJ sp. z o.o.

The policy of CBJ sp. z o.o. is to maintain the quality of services at a level that is difficult for our competitors to achieve and that ensures the development of the Company. Our goal is to satisfy our Clients with the services provided, to meet their requirements and expectations, and to guarantee comprehensive service and security of business processes by performing research and expert services. Services are performed while ensuring safe working conditions for employees and with care for the natural environment. The implementation of the above tasks is possible thanks to the Integrated Management System functioning in the Company, compliant with the requirements of the following standards:

PN-EN ISO 9001, PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 and PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001.

The Management Board of the Company provides the resources and tools necessary for its maintenance, monitoring and continuous improvement.

A permanent element of the strategy of CBJ sp. z o.o. is to maintain the consistency and continuity of the Company’s operations and to optimize business processes while maintaining impartiality, confidentiality, integrity and information security principles.

The qualifications and competences of the staff, the research methods used, as well as the equipment and infrastructure allow us to achieve high quality services.

The main objectives/principles of the functioning Integrated Management System are:

  1. Carrying out tests/taking samples based on good professional practice, in accordance with documented methods and customer requirements and the principles of the implemented Integrated Management System.
  2. Fulfillment of legal requirements, requirements of the accreditation and certification body and other requirements applicable to the Company.
  3. Increase in the quality of services provided by improving staff qualifications, research methods and customer service.
  4. Implementation of new research methods and striving to obtain accreditation in the so-called “flexible” scope.
  5. Conscious compliance with the principles of the established management system at every position and continuous raising of employee awareness in the field of quality management, environment, information security and occupational health and safety.
  6. Continuous identification, assessment and risk management of threats.
  7. Application of the principle of adequacy and proportionality of safeguards based on impact analysis, risk analysis and experience-based improvement.
  8. Continuous improvement of the status and activities in the field of occupational health and safety, prevention of accidents and occupational diseases and near-miss incidents with the participation of all employees.
  9. Continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the implemented Integrated Management System.

The strategic goals of the Company and the resulting operational goals are measurable and consistent with the Integrated Management System Policy. Employees of CBJ sp. z o.o. know and apply the Integrated Management System Policy and the principles contained in the system documents, and the Company Management declares that it will make every effort to implement the above policy and the resulting goals.
