In June 2008, CBJ sp. z o.o. was awarded the title of Solid Employer of Lower Silesia 2007 by the Media Partner Group from Katowice.
The assumption of the personnel policy of CBJ sp. z o.o. is to ensure an appropriate level of qualifications and motivation of employees, which will enable the implementation of the strategy adopted by the Company. Dynamic development, accreditation of new research methods, diversification of services provided by the Company, forces the determination of directions of education, qualifications and skills of employees and proper connection with directions of development projects.
