Industrial testing

  • analysis of chemical compositions of geological samples of copper ore,
  • tests of raw-materials, half-finished products and products occurring at all technological stages of the manufacturing process of mines, ore beneficiation plants and copper smelters,
  • tests of raw-materials, half-finished products and products occurring at all technological stages of the manufacturing process of noble metals.
  • physical determinations – granulometric analysis, density, conduction of liquids and metals, ash content, content of volatile matter and humidity, ignition temperature, heat of combustion and other;
  • chemical determinations – of both primary and trace components (e.g. Cu, Ag, Fe, Pb, Ni, Zn, As, Sn, Sb, Co, Au, Bi, Cr, Cd, Hg, Mn, V, Re, Al, Ca, Mg, Se, Te, Pt, Pd, Tl, Na, K, C, O2, F, Cl, S, P).

 

Analysed materials include mostly: ores, concentrates, post-floatation waste, briquette, slag and smelting dusts, copper matte, anode slime, fire- refined copper and copper refined in an electrolytic process, auxiliary materials, e.g. sulphite lye, coke, hard bituminous coal and brown coal, sulphuric acid, copper sulphate and nickel sulphate, rock salt.

 

Tests cover a wide range of determinations:

  • physical determinations – granulometric analysis, density, conduction of liquids and metals, ash content, content of volatile matter and humidity, ignition temperature, heat of combustion and other;
